RESOLUTION NO. 109-95
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that South Discovery, County Road
Nos. h 01508 , from M. Pl:£.8t:.o M. to., 9~ be improved as
follows: .
Replace railroad overcrossing bridge with a 14' by 14' culvert.
Lower road qrade to improve site distance and widen roadway and
shoulder to~improve safety for non-motorized traffic.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the
officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purpose shown:

The project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted
annual road program in accordance with R.C.W. 36.81.130.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that:

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance
with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by County forces in
accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
