RESOLUTION NO. 114-95
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Oil City Road, County Road No. 134309, from
M.P. 9.41 to M.P. 9.64, be repaired due to flooding under emergency per Resolution No. 104-
95 as follows:
A portion of the roadway be reconstructed and protected by placing rip rap bank protection, and
rock fill and surfacing.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the
officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made
in the amounts and for the purpose shown:
