IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Dosewallips River Bank, at river
M.P. 0.37 to M.P. 0.52 be stabilized due to flooding under emergency
per Resolution No. 104-95 as follows:
Install bank stabilization, using rip rap, tree and root wad tie
backs, to protect Brinnon Community and County Roads.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the
officially adopted emergency budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purpose shown:

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance
with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.

accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
