RESOLUTION NO. 125-95
WHEREAS, In accordance with RCW 36.88.050 Jefferson County, by passage of Resolution No.
116-95 on the 4th day of December 1995, declared its intention to form a Road Improvement District to be
known as Jefferson County Road Improvement District #3, to provide for certain improvements to the roads
generally known as the Bywater Way, Hoodsview Court, Parkview Lane, Olympic Ridge Drive, Hidden
Springs Drive, and Shipview Circle; and,
WHEREAS, the public hearing scheduled by passage of that Resolution to be held before the Board of
County Commissioners on January 8, 1996 at 11:15 a.m. must be changed, to be in compliance with the
provisions ofRCW 36.88.060.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Public Hearing for the Intention to Establish a
Road Improvement District in the Bywater Bay area will be held at THE PARADISE BAY COMMUNITY
CLUB, 141 WEST ALDER, PORT LUDLOW, WASHINGTON, AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY.
JANUARY 23. 1996. This public hearing has been set for hearing on all matters related to the proposed
Road Improvement District, including the method of assessment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the notice of the adoption of the Resolution of Intention to form a
Road Improvement District and this CHANGE IN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE shall be given each owner
or reputed owner of any property located within the proposed Road Improvement District by mailing notice
to the indicated owner as shown on the County Treasurer's records, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date
of public hearing.
