RESOLUTION NO. l04-86
ESTABLISHMENT OF A BUDGET FOR THE
JEFFERSON COUNTY CENTENNIAL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
established the Jefferson County Centennial Commission by Resolution
No. 86-85, dated November l8, 1985, for the purpose of being repre-
sented in statewide planning and establishing local activities to
celebrate the State of Washington's one-hundredth birthday on
November 11, 1989; and
WHEREAS, a contract was signed by the said Board on the
1st day of December, 1986, by and between Jefferson County and the
State of Washington 1989 Washington Centennial Commission whereby
the State will pay the County to support its related planning and
activities the amount of $300.00 for each quarterly report submitted
by the said County; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a budget for the Jeff-
erson County Centennial Commission in order to plan, administer and
properly manage their affairs; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that a budget be established within the
1987 Current Expense Budget for the Jefferson County Centennial Commis-
sion under Fund No. 645, Expenditures, in the amount of $9,882.00, and
to establish a Revenue Fund for the said Centennial Commission in the
same amount of $9,882.00.
