RESOLUTION NO. 53-87
FINDINGS AND DETERMINATION
SALE OF SURPLUS COUNTY/STATE PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property owned jointly
by Jefferson County and the Washington State Department of Natural
Resources have been identified as no longer required for County/
State purposes; and
WHEREAS, notice of a hearing to be held on Monday, the
6th day of July, 1987, on the proposal to dispose of the County/
State property has been given in compliance with RCW 36.34.020 and
.030; and
WHEREAS, hearing on the proposal to sell the said County/
State personal property has been held and all evidence offered for
and against the propriety and advisability of such sale has been
considered by the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that sale by sealed bids of those
items listed on the attached INVENTORY is authorized and approved.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that said sale of County/State
personal property shall be held on the 15th day of September, 1987,
at the hour of 10:00a.m., in the Jefferson County Treausrer's
Office, Courthouse, Port Townsend, WA, and that notice of the said
sale be given in accordance with RCW 36.34.090 and .100.
