RESOLUTION NO.
56-87
ESTABLISHING THE DATES OF 1988 BUDGET
SUBMISSIONS, REVIEW HEARINGS « FINAL ADOPTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.071, the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners have selected the alternate date of the
first week in December for final adoption of the JeffersonCounty
Budget for 1988; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.010, the Jefferson County
Auditor shall notify in writing, each elective or appointive
county official to file with her on or before the 24th day of
August, 1987, an estimated budget for the ensuing year, for
submission to the Board of County Commissioners by September 22,
1987; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that 1988 budget reviews shall be
heldwi th the Department Heads as necessary during the months of
October and November and that during the first week in December
(December 7th - 11th) the Jefferson County Budget for 1988 shall
be adopted.

FRANK w. GARRED, being sworn, says he is the publisher of
the Port Townsend leader, a weekly newspaper which has
been established, published in the English language and cir-
culated continuously as a weekly newspaper in the town of
Port Townsend, in said County and State, and for general cir-
culation in said county for more than six (6) months prior to the
date of the first publicatian of the Notice hereto attached, and
that the said Port Townsend leader was on the 27th day of
June 1941, approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior
Court of said Jefferson County, and that annexed is true copy
of the
REsolution #56-87
Establishing the dates of
1988 Budget Submissions, review
hearings and final adoption
as it appeared in the regular and entire issue of said paper
itself and not in a supplement thereof for a period of
