RESOLUTION NO. 59-87
HEARING NOTICE
PROPOSED BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS
VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, four Jefferson County Departments have requested
budget appropriations for their 1987 budgets due to additional
expenditures not anticipated at the time of preparing their said
budgets; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that a need and emergency exists as could not have been
foreseen or contemplated at the time of preparing the above referenced
budgets for 1987, and the sums needed for appropriations from the
unencumbered Current Expense fund to cover the unexpected expenditures
are as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby
declared, and that the above appropriations be made for the above noted
departments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on the
said emergency appropriations and that said hearing be held in the
County Commissioners' Chambers, Courthouse, Port Townsend, WA, on the
27th day of July, 1987, at the hour of 10:00a.m., and that notice of
the County
and that at said hearing any interested taxpayer may appear and be
heard for or against the appropriations for such alleged emergency.
