RESOLUTION NO. 72_87
DISSOLVEMENT OF AGENCY FUND FOR
HOOD CANAL COORDINATING COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners established
an agency fund for the Hood Canal Coordinating Council on
January 13, 1986 to account for monies relating to 205(j) Grant Contract
G0086057 with the Washington State Department of Ecology; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7·86 transferred $10,000.00 into said
agency fund from the current expense fund; and
WHEREAS, all expenses relating to said grant have been paid and all
claims relating to said grant have been received.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the agency fund for the
Hood Canal Coordinating Council be dissolved and the remaining funds be
transferred to the current expense fund. ~ .
