A Resolution Providing x
For the Establishment of x
A Petty Cash Fund for the x
Public Works Department x
WHEREAS, the establishment of a Petty Cash Fund for the
Public Works Department is necessitated in order to help defray
the cost of various office expenses when cash is required; and
WHEREAS, it has been adjudged necessary that a Petty
Cash Fund be established in the amount of $100.00; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Jefferson County Treasurer be
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check from the Road Fund in the
amount of $100.00 payable to the Jefferson County Public Works
Director for the purpose of establishing a Petty Cash Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof
is one to meet needs and this resolution shall be in force and
take effect without further notice or hearing.
