A Resolution of Intent to
Amend the Solid Waste Fee
Ordinance 1-86

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has reviewed the
cost of operation of the Solid Waste Division to set the revised
fee schedule,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners declares its intent to adopt the Solid
Waste Fees as shown on the attached Exhibit "A".
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that a hearing before the public is
set for the hour of 10:30, on Monday, November 23, 1987.

In the event the weight scales are inoperative, the rates for
transfer stations listed below shall apply, EXCEPT that compacted
waste shall be charged at the rate of $8.75 per cubic yard.
