RESOLUTION NO. 93-87
APPOINTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 41-86
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 71.05 Mental Illness,
duty of the Board of County Commissioners to appoint
Mental Health Professionals as defined under

WHEREAS, due to staff changes within the Mental Health
Division of the Jefferson County Human Services Department, it is
necessary to appoint two new Mental Heal th Professionals; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Ken Hankel, M.A. and Sheila Hunt,
R. N. be appointed as Mental Heal th Professionals for Jefferson
County to deal wi th cases of actual and potential involuntary
commitments under the Mental Illness Act.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 41-86 be
amended to include all persons designated as Mental Health
Professionals for Jefferson County, as defined under RCW 71.05,
as follows:
Charles M. Barker, M.S.W.
Annemarie Mende, M.S. W.
Ginger Barrett, M.S.W.
Wayne Bleier, M.S.W.
Laraine Dover, M.A.
Ken Hankel, M.A.
Sheila Hunt, R.N.

APPOINTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 71.05, Mental Illness, it is the
duty of the Board of County Commissioners to appoint the County
Mental Health Professionals as defined un~er Chapter 71.05.020(11);
and
WHEREAS, due to staff changes within the Mental Health
Division of the Jefferson County Human Services Department, it is
necessary to appoint a new Mental Health Professional; ,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Laraine Dover be appointed as a
Mental Health Professional for Jefferson County, to deal with cases
of actual and potential involuntary commitments under the Mental
Illness Act.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 71-85 be
amended to include all persons designated as Mental Health Profes-
sionals for Jefferson County, as defined under RCW 71.05, as follows:
