RESOLUTION NO.
1-85
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS AND EXTENSIONS
VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners
did on the 10th day of December, 1984 declare that an emergency existed
to provide budget extensions and appropriations for certain specified
County Departments listed below, and set a hearing on said emergency
for the 7th day of January, 1985, at the hour of 10:30 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to transfer
the amount of $5,400.00 from the unencumbered 308 Current Expense'
fund balance into the Auditor's Election budget and the Auditor's
budget for 1984.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the County Auditor be and she is
hereby authorized to include the amounts listed into the 1984 budgets
of the Departments specified below and as defined on the attachments:

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that the budgeted amount in BARS Account Number

necessary expenses of this department for this year. After a car~ful
examination of the expenditures under this fund in previous years, and a
thorough examination of the present needs of this department under t:1e
current year, I estimate that it'will he necessary to have an additional
