accomplLsh the work desLgnated Ln Paragraph 3 below and wLthLn the terrL-
tory desLgnated Ln Paragraph 2 below; and
II. The petLtLon as fLled Ls suffLcLent to justLfy the adoptLon of
thLs ResolutLon of IntentLon; and
III. The property wLthLn the proposed Road Improvement DLstrLct LS
suffLcLently developed Ln accordance wLth R.C.W. 36.88.050.
In accordance thereby the Board of Jefferson County CommLssLoners:
1. DesLgnates the proposed Road Improvement DLstrLct to be
No. 3
2. DesLgnates the boundarLes of the proposed Road Improvement
DLstrLct to be as follows:
That portLon of SectLons 10 and 11, TownshLp 29 North, Range 1 West,
W.M.# descrLbedas follows:
That portLon bounded on the north by the north lLne of the Goehner
Short Plat, VoL. 1, Pg. 56, and the north lLne of the CollLns Short
Plat, Vol. 1, Pg. 38;on the east by the east lLne of the CollLns
Short Plat; on the south by the south lLne of the CollLns Short Plat;
and the south lLne of Tax No. 24 of Sec. 11, Twp. 29 N., R. 1 W.W.M.;
and on the west by Rhody DrLve, County Road No. 952707 .
