DISBURSEMENT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, DISTRIBUTING AND ALLOCATING THE FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE
MONIES RECEIVED BY JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1984
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of
the sum of one million, sixty five thousand, thirty and 29/100
dollars ($1,065,030.29) from the Washington State Auditor, repre-
senting Jefferson County's distributive share of Federal Forest
Reserve Revenues apportioned by the U.S. Department of Agriculture
during the calendar year 1984, and pursuant to the statute of the
State of Washington in such cases made and provided, it the duty of
the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to make the proper dis-
posltion~thereof; and
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given
careful consideration to the needs of the County Road System and
their necessary administrative requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County
Commissioners does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion
the said sum of $1,065,030.29 to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the main-
tenance and construction of County roads during the year 1985, to be
transferred by the County Treasurer from Acêbunt No,~ 63500 Federal
Forest Board Clearing to Account No. 13300 County Roads, BARS Account
No. 332.10.60, on the 13th day of February, 1985.
