ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
OLYMPIC AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did, on
the 25th day of February, 1985, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $1,273.00 for the Olympic Area Agency on Aging and
set a hearing on said emergency for the 11th day of March, 1985, at
the hour of 10:30a.m.¡ and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed¡ now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to transfer
the amount of $1,273.00 from the unencumbered 308 Current Expense Fund
balance into the 1985 Non-Departmental Budget for the Olympic Area
Agency On Aging.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she
is hereby authorized to include the sum of $1,273.00 in the Non-Depart-
mental Budget, Fund No. 2600, under BARS Account No. 2602.00.90,
Olympic Area Agency On Aging, which constitutes a new line item within
said Budget to supplement rental costs for temporary office space in
the amount of $1,020.00, and the total of $253.00 for payment of phone
installation charges.
