The Board of Jefferson County CommLssLoners fLnds that;
I. Pursuant to a petLtLon, the Board of Jefferson County
CommLssLoners passed ResoLtuLon No. 13-85, a ResolutLon of IntentLon
for FormatLon of Road Improvement DLstrLct No.3.
II. Pursuant to saLd ResolutLon No. 13-85, and a NotLce of
AdoptLon of ResolutLon of IntentLon for Road Improvement DLstrLct No.3,
dated the 5th day of February, 1985, and sLgned by the DLrector of PublLc
Works, a hearLng was held on the 26th day of February, 1985, at 2:00 P.M.
Ln the CommLssLoners Chambers Ln the County Courthouse, Port Townsend,
WashLngton, and contLnued to March 12, 1985, at 3:30 P.M. on all matters
relatLng to the proposed Road Improvement DLstrLct.
III. The petLtLon requestLng the proposed road Lmprovement dLs-
trLct LncludLng all addLtLons thereto or wLthdrawals therefrom made
prLor to fLve o'clock PM of the day before the hearLng Ls suffLcLent
wLthLn the boundarLes of the dLstrLct as set forth Ln Paragraph 2 below.
IV. a. The plan of Lmprovement or constructLon Lf feasLble.
b. The costs and expense of the formatLon of the dLstrLct and
the contemplated construct Lon or Lmprovement exceed the benefLts to be
derLved therefrom by the property wLthLn the proposed dLstrLct.

CommmLsLoners declares these proceedLngs termLnated.
