pect to the vacati.on set forth i.n Resoluti.on No. 63-84,and i.t appeared to
the Board of County Commi.ssi.oners that noti.ce of heari.ng had been posted and
publi.shed for the ti.me and i.n the manner provi.ded by law, proof of such post-
i.ng and publi.cati.on bei.ng now on fi.le herei.n, and sai.d Board havi.ng the other
evi.dence adduced and bei.ng fully advi.sedi.n the premi.ses, does now fi.nd and
determi.ne that the publi.c wi.ll be benefi.ted by the vacati.on thereof; now,

BE IT RESOLVED, and i.t i.s HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All that porti.on of the 60 feet i.n wi.dth by approxi.mately
920 feet i.n length of the Stati.on Prai.ri.e Cut-Off Road
(also known as the Old Chi.macum Road) layi.ng i.n the NW~
of Secti.on 21, Townshi.p 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M. des-
cri.bed as follows:
Begi.nni.ng on the north at the i.ntersecti.on of sai.d
Stati.on Prai.ri.e Cut-Off Road and the easterly mar-
gi.n of Otto Street, County Road No. 688319; thence
southerly along sai.d Stati.on Prai.ri.e Cut-Off Road
to the northerly li.mi.ts of that porti.on of sai.d Sta-
ti.on Prai.ri.e Cut-Off Road vacated August 15, 1977,
as per Resoluti.on No. 58~77 of the Jefferson County
Board of Commi.ssi.oners.
Contai.ni.ng 1.27 acres more or less.
be and the same i.s hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that sai.d peti.ti.on i.s exempt from compensa-
ti.on requi.rements speci.fi.ed under Ordi.nance No. 2-76 except for the expenses
i.ncurred by the County for i.nvesti.gati.on, exami.nati.on, publi.cati.on and re-
