RESOLUTION NO. 29-85
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
DISTRICT COURT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 1st day of April, 1985, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $770.00 for the District Court Budget and set a
hearing on said emergency for the 15th day of April, 1985, at the
hour of 10: 30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hear-
ing and nO objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that due to there being sufficient funds within
Current Expense Fund No. 308, unencumbered fund balance, that the
sum of $770.00 be appropriated for the District Court Budget for
1985.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor include
the said sum of $770.00 in the District Court Budget under BARS
Account No. 512.40.20.40, Industrial Insurance, for the purpose of
paying said insurance coverage for offenders performing community
services pursuant to a court order.
