be improved os follows:
Graded, draLned, base and top course, AC pavement and
L.B.S.T. surfacLng.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that on appropriation from the officially
adopted rood fund budget and based on the county engineer's est-
imate is hereby ~de in the amounts and for the purpose shown:
