RESOLUTION NO. 39-85
ORDER OF BUDGET ESTABLISHMENT
Brinnon Senior Center Project
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did on the 3rd day of June, 1985 declare an emergency
existed to establish a budget for the Brinnon Senior Center Project in
the sum of $575,382.00: and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday
June 17, 1985 at the hour of 10:30 a.m. and,
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for two weeks
in the local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing~
no objection or objec ion interposed;
THEREFORE, B IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and the e is established, a new budget for the Brinnon
Senior Center Project in the amount of $575,382.00, to be reimbursed
by the Washington Sta e Department of Community Development, to be used
for the Brinnon Senio Center Project, Contract #B-85-DC-53-
0001-8502, and that f nd number will be #13980;
BE IT FURTHE ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby empowered to d aw warrants against the above account, not
exceeding the gross a aunt of the budget unless a review is applied
for within five days rom date hereof.
