Ç¡v,,~ G/y/,;!c¿!5 -- RESOLUTION NO. 40-85 WHEREAS, Voting Precinct 104, Woodman, has attained a total of 950 voters, and WHEREAS, voting precincts which use voting machines are not to exceed 900 voters, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said 104, Woodman Precinct, be divided into four precincts to be named as follows: 104, Woodman I 105, Woodman II 106, Woodman III 107, Woodman IV all more fully described in the legal descriptions and map attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. The changes described herein shall be effective immediately pursuant to R.C.W. 29.04.040, which statute sets forth the time limitations for the changing of precinct boundaries.
