RESOLUTION NO. 44-85
ESTABLISHING THE DATES OF 1986 BUDGET
SUBMISSIONS, REVIEW HEARINGS & FINAL ADOPTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.071, the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners have selected the alternate date of the first
week in December for final adoption of the Jefferson County Budget for
1986; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.010, the Jefferson County
Auditor has notified in writing, each elective or appointive county
official to file with her on or before August 12, 1985, an estimated
budget for the ensuing year, for submission to the Board of County
Commissioners by October 7, 1985; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that 1986 budget review hearings, including
the proposed Federal Revenue Sharing budget, shall commence on the
15th day of October, 1985, and continue through November 29, 1985,
and that during the first week in December (December 2nd - 6th) the
Jefferson County Budget for 1986 shall be adopted.
APPROVED this 8th day of July, 1985.
