RESOLUTION NO. 46-85
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissionerd did,
on the lst day of July, 1985, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the sum of $50,000.00 for the Prosecuting Attorney's budget
and set a hearing on said emergency for the 15th day of July, 1985,
at the hour of 10:30a.m., and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that due to there being sufficient funds in the unencumbered fund
balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the Jefferson County Auditor
be, and she is hereby authorized to include the sum of $50,000.00 in
the Prosecuting Attorney's budget, Fund No. 1500, under BARS Account
No. 515.20.41.30, which constitutes a new line item within said budget,
for the purpose of Special Legal Services.
