RESOLUTION NO. 47-85
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION
CORRECTION CENTER CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 1st day of July, 1985, declare that an emergency existed to
extend the Correction Center Construction Budget by the sum of
$160,000.00 due to said amount being received from the State of
Washington for the County Jail project, and set a hearing on said
emergency for the 15th day of July, 1985, at the hour of 10:30a.m.¡
and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed¡ now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that the County Auditor is hereby authorized to in-
clude the amount of $160,000.00 in the Correction Center Construction
Budget as follows:

Port Townsend leader, a weekly newspaper which has been
established, published in the English language and circulated con-
tinuously as a weekly newspaper in the town of Port Townsend, in
said COI."'ty and State, and for general circulation in said county
for more than six (6) months prior to the date of the first publica-
tion of the Notice hereto attached, and that the said Port Town-
send leader was on the 27th day of June, 1941, approved as a
legal newspaper by the Superior Court of said Jefferson County,
