RESOLUTION NO. 58-85
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 5th day of August, 1985, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $100,000.00 for the Prosecuting Attorney's
budget gnd set a hearing on said emergency for the 19th day of
August, 1985, at the hour of 10:30a.m.¡ and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hear-
ing and no objection or objection interposed¡ now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
thgt due to there being sufficient funds in the unencumbered fund
balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the Jefferson County
Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to include the sum of
$100,000.QO in the Prosecuting Attorney's budget, Fund No. 1500,
under BARS Account No. 515.20.41.40, which constitutes a new line
item within said budget, for the purpose of paying for professional
services rendered concerning the ESM Securities matter and the Jeff-
erson County Jail arbitration.
