RESOLUTION NO. 59-85
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
PLANNING/BUILDING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 12th day of August, 1985, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $4,600.00 for the Jefferson County Planning/
Building Department, and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday,
August 26, 19a5, at the hour of 3:00p.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set_for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that due to the requested amount being reimbursed
through the Coastal Zone Management 306 Grant from the Washington
State Department of Ecoloby, the County Auditor is hereby authorized
to include the said amount of $4,600.00 in the Planning/Building
Department Budget Fund No. 1420, within BARS Account 558.60.41.0040,
Professional Services.

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that the budgeted amount in BARS Account Number 558.60.41.0040
of $ 0 of the 1420 Fund is, insufficient to pay
necessary expenses of this department for this year. After a careful
examination of the expenditures under this fund in previous years, and a
thorough examination of the present needs of this department under the
current Yêar, I estimate that it 'will be necessary to have an additional
,appropriation in the form of an emergency appropriation in the approxi-
mate amount of $4.600.00 for this current year for the following
reasons:
