RESOLUTION NO. 60-85
Establishing a Cape George X
Sewer District
WHEREAS, residents of the Cape George communities have filed a
petition with the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, for a proposed sewer district for the purpose of
constructing a sewage collection system, constructing a sewage
treatment plant, maintaining and operating the collection system and
treatment process for the protection of the public health and
property values within the sewer district, more particularly
described as follows:
The plats of Cape George Colony, Divisions I, II, III, IV, V, VI
and VII, recorded in Volume 4 of Plats on pages 21, 22, 23, 24,
32, 48, 50 and ,1, and the plats of Cape George Village,
Divisions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, recorded in Volume 4 of Plats
at pages 41, 44, 5~, 75 and 7ó, and in Volume 5 of Plats at
pages 15, 16, 17, 75 and 16, and the plat of Crest Haven
Subdivision, recorded in Volume 6 of Plats on pages 91 and 92,
all in the records of the Jefferson County Auditor, Jefferson
County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Auditor has certified the above
mentioned petition to be of sufficiency,
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County has determined the above-mentioned Cape George Sewer District
to be of necessity and hereby fixes Monday, the 16th day of
September, 1985, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., in the Office of the
County Commissioners, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend,
Washington, as the time and place for the hearing on said petition.
Such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by the order of the
Board. After such hearing, the Board will take such action with
reference to the application as the Board shall deem appropriate.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the residents of Cape George
communities have filed a petition with the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, for a proposed sewer
district for the purpose of constructing a sewage collection system,
constructing a sewage treatment plant, maintaining and operating the
collection system and treatment process for the protection of the
public health and property values within the sewer district, more
particularly described as follows:
