RESOLUTION NO. 3-86
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
NON-DEPARTMENTAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 16th day of December, 1985, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $1,600.00 for the Non-Departmental budget and
set a hearing on said emergency for the 6th day of January, 1986, at
the hour of 10:15 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said
hearing and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that due to there being sufficient funds in the
_ unencumbered fund balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the

Jefferson County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to include

the sum of $1,600.00 in the Non-Departmental budget, Fund No. 2600,
to be distributed to BARS ~es as needed.

Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that the budgeted amount in BARS Account Number ~wOO
