RESOLUTION NO. 11-86
ORDER
ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 4
WHEREAS, Fire Protection District No. 4 is an established
Fire Protection District within Jefferson County, and
WHEREAS, annexation of certain additional territory,
described hereinbelow, has been proposed, and
WHEREAS, sixty percent (60t) of the qualified, registered
electors residing within the territory described below signed a
petition requesting annexation to Fire Protection District No.4, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Commissioners of Fire Protection District
No. 4 concurred with the petitioners requesting annexation and
transmitted the said petition to the Jefferson County Auditor for
certification, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor examined the petition as
required by statute and certified that lOOt of the registered voters
within the territory, described below, signed the said petition
requesting annexation, and
WHEREAS, no election is required when sixty percent (60t)
or more of the electors sign the petition requesting annexation; now,
therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following territory be and it
is hereby annexed to Jefferson County Fire Protection
District No.4:
Sections 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,27,31, and
32 in Township 26 North, Range 2, W.W.M.;
Sections 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19
20,21,22,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35 and 36 in
Township 26 North, Range 3, W.W.M.;
Sections 4,5,18, and 19 in Township 25 North, Range 2
W.W.M.
Sections 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,
19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35
and 36 in Township 25 North, Range 3, W.W.M.;
all lying and being in Jefferson County, Washington.
