RESOLUTION NO. 25-86
ESTABLISHMENT OF REVWING FUND
HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has been adjudged necessary that a Revolving Fund
be established for the Jefferson County Human Services Department in the
amount of $800.00, to be used primarily for making advance payments of
registration and tuition fees for siminars and meetings which the Depart-
ment Head and employees are required to attend; and
WHEREAS, it is also necessary to use the said Revolving Fund for
petty cash, which shall be restricted to miscellaneous petty or emergency
expenditures, refunds legally payable by the Human Services Department,
and for cash change to be used in the transaction of the Department's
official business; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $800.00 payable
to the Jefferson County Human Services Revolving Fund, to be draWLl from the
following accounts:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Revolving Fund shall be
maintained in a bank as a checking account and advances to the said Official
and employees will be by check. All expenditures or refunds made from said
Revolving Fund shall be reimbursed by warrant at the close of each month
and such other times as may be necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one of
necessity and to meet needs and therefore,this resolution shall be in
force and take effect without further notice or hearing.
