RESOLUTION NO. 84 .85
CHIMACUM CREEK ESTATES, DIVISION II AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the plat of Chimacum Creek Estates, Division II was filed with
Jefferson County under Auditor File Number 260733; and
WHEREAS, said plat restricts Lot 34 from residential development, to be
utilized as a sewage disposal drainfield area for the adjacent commercial
development of the proposed Chimacum Creek Estates, Division III; and
WHEREAS, the unplatted adjacent area originally proposed as Division III has
been sold to an individual who is apart from the plat and has no proprietary
interest in Lot 34 for use as a drianfield area; and
WHEREAS, the removal of this restriction on Lot 34 has been requested by the
current property owner; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plat of Chimacum Creek Estates,
Division II be amended to remove Restriction Number 2 from the face of the plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED that a permanent black line be drawn through
Restriction Number 2 on the face of the original plat with reference made to this
resolution.
