In the matter of

RESOLUTION NO. 38-86
Temporary Closure of x
a County Road x
WHEREAS, the State of Washington Department of
Transportation is engaging in construction on State Highway 101,
at the Discovery Bay Interchange , Contract No. 3013, and
WHEREAS, during the course of construction of the project it
will be necessary to close the Store Road, County Road Number
500409, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 41.48 RCW authorizes the closure of roads;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Store Road, County
Road Number 500409, in its entirety, will be closed to all
traffic except emergency vehicles and local traffic for the
duration of the above-mentioned project.
