RESOLUTION NO. 90-85
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 18th day of November, 1985, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $1,400.00 for the Board of Equalization Budget
and set a hearing on said emergency for the 2nd day of December, 1985,
at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that due to there being sufficient funds in the unencumbered fund
balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the Jefferson County Auditor
be, and she is hereby authorized to include the sum of $1,400.00 in
the Board of Equalization budget, Fund No. 610, to be distributed to
BARS lines as needed.

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that the budgeted amo, t in BARS Account Number

examination of the expenditures under this fund in previous years, and a
thorough examination of the present needs of this department under the
