RESOLUTION NO. 91-85
BUDGET TRANSFER
DISTRICT COURT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County District Court has requested
budget transfers in order to balance their 1985 Budget of Expenditures,
necessitated by expenses not antiqipated at the time of preparing the
said budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other
categories within their budget to ¡allow the requested transfers; now
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make the following transfers:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that an adjustment shòuld be made within the 1985 Budget of
Expenditures for this department. Due to there being suffICient funds
