RESOLUTION NO. 42-86
ESTABLISHMENT OF REVOLVING FUNP
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE
WHEREAS, in order to help defray the costs of equipment
and supplies, various county offices are charging a minimal fee for
the copying of records that are requested by the public; and
WHEREAS, for consistency between the county offices, it
is reasonable for the County Commissioners; Office to charge the
same minimal fee for copies of records requested by the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer
be, and she is hereby authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in
the amount of $25.00 payable to the Jefferson County Commissioners'
Office for the establishment of their Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is
one to meet needs, and this resolution shall be in force and take
effect without further notice of hearing.
