RESOLUTION NO. 97-85
DISBURSEMENT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, DISTRIBUTING AND ALLOCATING THE FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE
MONIES RECEIVED BY JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1985
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the
sum of seven hundred fifty four thousand, eight hundred eighty four and
93/100 dollars ($754,884.93) from the Washington State Auditor, repre-
senting Jefferson County's distributive share of Federal Forest Reserve
apportioned by the U.S. Department of Agriculture during the calendar
year 1985, and pursuant to the statute of the State of Washington in
such cases made and provided, it is the duty of the Board of County
C0111IIlissioners to make the proper disposition thereof; and
WHEREAS, this Board of County C0111IIlissioners has given careful
consideration to the needs of the County Road System and their necessary
administrative requirements; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and the Board of Jefferson County C0111IIlissioners
does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion the said sum of
$754,884.93 to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance and construction
of County roads during the year 1986, to be transferred by the County
Treasurer from Account No. 63500 Federal Forest Board Clearing to Account
No. 13300 County Roads, BARS Account No. 332.10.60, on the 2nd day of
January, 1986.
