RESOLUTION NO. 52-86
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
PLANNING/BUILDING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 2nd day of June, 1986, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the Planning/Building Department budget with the sum of
$61,976.00, to be partially reimbursed from the Washington State
Department of Ecology through two grant contracts, and set a hear-
ing on said emergency for the 16th day of June, 1986, at the hour
of 3: OOp .m.; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held at the time and place so
specified and no obj~ctìons were interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners
that the sum of $61,976,00 be appropriated from the unencumbered
Current Expense Fund balance, Fund #308, to be partially reimbursed
from the Washington State Department of Ecology through a Shellfish
Protection Plan Grant and a 205J Grant, for the Planning/Building
Department Budget for 1986.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor is hereby
authorized to include the sum of $61,976.00 in the Planning/Building
Department budget, establishing new line items within their budget in
both the Revenue and Expenditure sections as follows:
