Extending Repayment of Loans
To the Solid Waste Fund

WHEREAS, loans were made to the Solid Waste Fund from the County
Road Fund per Resolution No. 3-84 and 31-84, totaling $135,000, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the loan provided for repayment with
interest at eight (8) per cent per annum would be made by December
1985, and
WHEREAS, the present financial condition of the Solid Waste fund
precludes the operation thereof without the extension of the loans,
and
WHEREAS,
$40,000 to be
$115,844,
the balance of the loan is $155,844 with interest less
paid December 1985, leaving an unpaid balance of
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the remaining unpaid balance
of the loans provided per Resolution No. 3-84 and 31-84 be extended to
December 1986.
