REAPPROPRIATI()\J OF ÆÞL TH DEPARTI'-ENT
ÞNJ PlAr'-f\Jlf\G ÞNJ BUILDlf\G DEPARTl'£NT BLDGETS
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has contracted with the Washington
State Department of Ecology to conduct she I If ish protection studies of the
Qui Icene and Dabob BayS [She I If ish Protection Program Grant Goo86122) and Hood
Canal (205(j) Grant Goo86052J watersheds; and
WHEREAS, the original contracts were to be appropriated to the
Jefferson County Health Department; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has reorganized its departments since
the conception of these contracts; and
WHEREAS, the contracts have been reappropriated to the Jefferson
County Planning and Bui Iding Department as a result of the departmental
reorganization; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Planning and Bui Iding Department
wi I I supervise and coordinate the development and administration of the
shellfish protection studies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the funds appropriated to the
Jefferson County Health Department wi I I be reappropriated to the Jefferson
County Planning and Bui Iding Department by separate resolution. The fol lowing
expenditure and revenue items wi I I be el iminated from the health departmentJs
