JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 54-86
A RESOLUTION of the Board of County Commissioners
of Jefferson County, Washington, regarding the exchange
of privately owned real property for County owned real
property.
WHEREAS, Jefferson County is the owner of certain real
property which is not necessary to the future foreseeable needs
of the County, the description of which is set out on Attachment
tlAtI containing approximately .011 acres; and
WHEREAS, the Anthony E. Stroeder is the owner of certain
real property, the description of which is set out on Attachement
tlBtI, containing approximately .094 acres; and
WHEREAS, Anthony E. Stroeder is desirous of exchanging the
property described in Attachment tlBtI for the property described
in Attachment tlAtI and it appears that it is in the best interests
of Jefferson County to exchange the said parcels of property; and
WHEREAS, the exchange of County-owned real property for
private property is authorized by the laws of 1965, 1st Ex.
Sess., Ch 21 RCW 36.34.330; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney should proceed to present this matter to the Superior
Court for authorization to exchange the parcels of property
described in Attachments tlAtI and tlBtI herein.

That portion of the plat of Seventh Avenue Acre Tracts as
recorded in Volume 2, Page 127 of Plats, records of Jefferson
County, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel A
A portion of Tract 141 laying southerly of the arc of a curve
convex to the south having a radius of 35 feet, said curve being
tangent to the easterly margin of Rhody Drive, County Road No.
952007, and to the east line of said Tract 141¡ together with all
of Tract 140 laying easterly of said County Road No. 952007,
containing 0.068 acres, more or less.
Parcel B
A portion of Tract 143 laying westerly of the arc of a curve
convex to the west having a radius of 30 feet, said curve being
tangent to the easterly margin of Rhody Drive, County Road No.
952007 and the north line of said Tract 143; together with all of
Tract 144 laying easterly of said County Road No. 952007, said
parcel containing 0.026 acres, more or less.
