RESOLUTION NO. 59-86
BUDGET TRANSFER
FROM BUILDING MAINTENANCE TO MULTI-SERVICES
WHEREAS, the County Auditor's Office has requested a
budget transfer in the amount of $7,000.00 from the Building
Maintenance Department budget to the Multi-Services budget due
to the said amount being budgeted to the wrong fund for 1986; and
WHEREAS, the Multi-Services budget has expenditures that
necessitate additional funds for 1986; and
WHEREAS, both the Building Maintenance Budget and the
Multi-Services Budget are within the Current Expense Budget and
the transfer of funds is allowable by the BARS Manual; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is hereby author-
ized to transfer the sum of $7,000.00 from the Building Maintenance
Fund No. 400 31.10 into the Multi-Services Fund No. 1350 31.20.
