Amend Solid Waste Fee x
Ordinance x
WHEREAS, scales have been installed at the Jefferson County
Landfill, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has reviewed the
cost of operation of the Solid Waste Division to set the revised
fee schedule,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners declares its intent to adopt the Solid
Waste Fees as shown on the attached Exhibit "A".
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED,
