Temporary Restriction of Traf- X
fie and Reduction of Speed X
Limit on Beaver Valley Road, X
County Road No. 941501 X
WHEREAS the planned construction work on the Beaver Valley
Road, County Road No. 941501, to be accomplished under County
road project No. CR0685 shall cause interruptions and unavoidable
delays to traffic, and
WHEREAS a potential hazard exists to the motoring public and
the construction workers, and
WHEREAS alternate routes are available to the motoring public,
and
WHEREAS Chapter 41.48 RCW authorizes the closure of roads;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the said Beaver Valley Road from
M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 6.50 be closed to all traffic, except emer-
gency vehicles and local traffic, during the period of construc-
tion, commencing after August 18, 1986, and terminating November
1, 1986, or until such earlier date that it is determined to be
safe for traffic, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that,the maximum speed limit be reduced
to 35 miles per hour, unless posted lower by the County or it's
contractor, within the same limits and period of time.
