Application for Franchise x
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Richard L. and Kay Savold have
filed an application with the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, Washington for a franchise to construct,
operate and maintain a waterline consisting of approximately 500
lineal feet of one inch pipe upon, under, over, across and along
the rights of way of the county roads of Jefferson County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
From the west 30 feet of that portion of the North 11 feet of
the South 94 feet of Government Lot 4 in Section 33, Township 30
North, Range 1 E. W. M., lying Easterly of the East Marrowstone
Road, County Road Number 593909, also known as Tax 60, to that
portion of Government Lot 4 in Section 33, Township 30 North,
Range 1 E.W.M., lying Easterly of East Marrowstone road described
as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the South
line of the North 514 feet of said Lot 4 with the Easterly margin
of said county road= thenc~'Southerly, along said Easterly
margin, 90.63 feet to the true pdint of beginning; thence
continuing Southerly, along said Easterly margin, 312.21 feet=
thence South 88 15'11" East to the Easterly boundary of said Lot
4; thence Northerly, along said Easterly boundary, to a point
from which the true point of beginning bears North 88 15'11"
West = thence North 88 15'11" West to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,
excepting the South 145 feet (measured at right angles),also
known as Tax 60.
The Franchise Application is for a period of twenty-five
(25) years.
The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State
of Washington, has fixed__M~~~a~________,the___~3SÈ___day
of_____Q£~~~er ,1986, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock
P.M., in the Office of the County Commissioners, Jefferson County
Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, as the time and place for
the hearing on said application. Such hearing may be adjourned
from time to time by order of the Board. After such hearing the
Board will take such action with reference to the application as
the Board shall deem appropriate for the public interest.
