WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard on the 6th day of October, 1986, upon the
reports submitted by the Jefferson County Public Works Department with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Intent to Vacate", Jefferson County Resolution No. 70-86, and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and
published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and
publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced and
being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine that the public will be
benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED:
That portion of the sixty (60) feet in width by approximately 110 feet in length of
the Alcohol Loop Road, County Road NUltber 654309 (George Street),laying between Lots 5 and
6 of Block 3, and Lots 3 and 4 of Block 8 of the Plat of Kuhnsville, as recorded in Volume
1, Page 35 of plats, records of Jefferson County, State of Washington, and 10 feet
northerly of the northerly right of way line of the Oak Bay Road, County Road Number
940407.
And:
The lot lines between Lots 5 and 6 of Block 3 and Lots 3 and 4 of Block 8 of the Plat
of Kuhnsville, as recorded in Volume 1, Page 35 of Plats, records of Jefferson County,
State of Washington.
be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140.
