RESOLUTION NO. 79-86
Increasing the Solid Waste x
Revolving Fund x
WHEREAS, the revolving fund was established for the Solid
Waste Department per Resolution Nos. 38-84 and 66-84, in the
amount of $575.00, and
WHEREAS,
landfill, and

due to installation of scales at the county
the subsequent necessity for additional small
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be,
and she is hereby authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the
amount of $100.00 to the Jefferson County Solid Waste Department
to increase their Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subject matter hereof is one
to meet needs, and this resolution shall be in force and take
effect without further notice or hearing.
