RESOLUTION NO.
81--86
Appointment of a Deputy Coroner
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Coroner was authorized by Resolution
No. 87-78 to appoint Deputy Coroners to assist him in performing the
duties of that office; and
WHEREAS, ALMA B. KELLY, M.D., serves as a Pathologist when
requested by the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the appointment of ALMA B. KELLY, M.D.,
as a Jefferson County Deputy Coroner, as recommended by the Prosecuting
Attorney, is hereby approved by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, effective October 10, 1986.

REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CORONER
WHEREAS, Alma B. Kelly, M.D. was authorized and approved as a
Jefferson County Deputy Coroner by Resolution No. 81-86; and
WHEREAS, the said Alma B. Kelly is no longer employed by
Jefferson County to perform pathologic services for the community;
Now therefore,
The appointment of Alma B. Kelly as Jefferson County Deputy
Coroner is hereby revoked.
