Application for Franchise x
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Olympus Beach Tracts Water
System, Inc. has filed an application with the Board 'of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, for a franchise to
construct, operate and maintain a waterline consisting of
approximately 3850 lineal feet of four inch transite pipe upon,
under, over, across and along the rights of way of the county
roads of Jefferson County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:
All roads within the Plat of Olympus Beach, in Section",
Township 28 North Range 1 E.W.M., as recorded in Volume 3, Page
19 of Plats, records of Jefferson County, State of Washington.
The Franchise Application is for a period of twenty-five
(25) years.
The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State
of Washington, has fixed__~o~~~~________,the__Jl~~___day
of November ,1986, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. o'clock
P.M., in the Office of the County Commissioners, Jefferson County
Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, as the time and place for
the hearing on said application. Such hearing may be adjourned
from time to time by order of the Board. After such hearing the
Board will take such action with reference to the application as
the Board shall deem~ropriate for t~e public interest.
