RESOLUTION NO. 2-84
INTENT TO ADOPT SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, Chapter 70.95.080 Revised Code of Washington requires
that counties incur certain duties, obligations, and responsibilities
with regard to the implementation of said chapter; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has performed the necessary pre-
requisites for the establishment of a Solid Waste Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Solid Waste Advisory Committee
has reviewed, and recommended adoption of a Solid Waste Management Plan;
and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners finds
said adoption furthers the provisions of Chapter 70.95 Revised Code
of Washington and is in the interest of the citizens of Jefferson
County
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Board
of Commissioners declares its Intent to Adopt the Jefferson County
Solid Waste Management Plan.
Hearing to be held at Courthouse, January 24, 198~, at 10:00 a.m.
